KOTSAM Korean Teas for Autumn

KOTSAM Korean Teas for Autumn

Cooler mornings and shorter days invite a small autumn ritual: a warm fruit drink, a quiet pause and an aroma to enjoy.

Cooler mornings and shorter days invite a small autumn ritual: a warm fruit drink, a quiet pause and an aroma to enjoy.

A cup that starts with concentrate

KOTSAM fruit tea is prepared from concentrate rather than a tea bag. Stir about 1 tablespoon into roughly 250 ml hot water and adjust to taste. More concentrate makes it stronger and sweeter; more water gives a gentler drink.

Yuzu and other autumn flavors

Yuzu’s aroma recalls lemon, mandarin and grapefruit, with sweetness balancing the tartness. Try passion fruit for a tropical direction or ginger for a spicy one. Korean cheong tradition and KOTSAM’s history since 1965 form the background to the cup.

More than a warm drink

Add concentrate to black or green tea, porridge, plain yogurt, pancakes or desserts. Use it in a dressing or marinade, cold or sparkling water, or a nonalcoholic autumn punch.

Five autumn moments

Enjoy a slow weekend morning with a book; a warm cup after a chilly walk; a break between work tasks; a parent’s pause while children do homework; or a quiet evening with the phone put away.

Serve your guests something different

A clear glass shows the fruit drink’s color. Add a citrus slice, rosemary or a little cinnamon. Let everyone adjust their own strength, and on a warmer autumn afternoon try cold water and ice. Follow the label for ingredients and storage.
